These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ATF Garage Doors ("ATF Garage Doors," "we," "us" or "our"). By using atfgaragedoors.us, submitting a service request or otherwise interacting with the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Service documents: A written estimate, work order, invoice, warranty or other signed agreement may contain additional job-specific conditions. For that job, the job-specific document controls if it conflicts with these general website Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
1. Website purpose and permitted use
This website provides general information about ATF Garage Doors and a way to contact us. You may use it only for lawful, personal or legitimate business purposes.
You agree not to:
- Use the website to violate law, infringe rights or send fraudulent, harmful or abusive content;
- Attempt to bypass security, access restricted systems or interfere with website operation;
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload or misuse the website;
- Impersonate another person or submit false contact or property information;
- Copy, republish or commercially exploit website content without permission.
We may suspend or block access when we reasonably believe use threatens the website, our systems or others.
2. Website information and service requests
Website content is general information and is not a diagnosis, safety instruction, quote, warranty or guarantee that a particular service or part is appropriate. Garage door conditions must be evaluated based on the actual system and circumstances.
Submitting a contact form, calling or emailing does not create a service contract, confirm an appointment, guarantee availability or obligate either party to proceed. A service relationship begins only when scope and terms are accepted or work is otherwise authorized.
For safety, do not loosen, cut, adjust or handle garage door springs, cables or other components under tension. If the door appears unstable, damaged or unsafe, keep people and property away and stop using it until reviewed.
3. Estimates, scope changes and authorization
Estimates are based on information available at the time and may be subject to expiration, product availability and additional conditions stated in the estimate. Unless identified as fixed, an estimate is not a guarantee that hidden damage, incompatible components, structural issues, electrical problems or other conditions will not change the scope or cost.
If additional work or materials become reasonably necessary, we will seek authorization before proceeding when practical. You represent that you are the property owner or are authorized to request and approve work at the service location.
Verbal, electronic or written approval may constitute authorization to perform the described work and incur the stated charges, subject to applicable law.
4. Customer responsibilities and site access
You agree to provide accurate information and timely, safe access to the property and work area. Before an appointment, you should:
- Move vehicles, people, pets and stored items a safe distance from the work area;
- Disclose known damage, prior modifications, access restrictions and relevant hazards;
- Ensure an adult authorized to make decisions is available as agreed;
- Provide access to electrical power or controls when reasonably needed;
- Avoid operating or allowing others to operate the door during service.
We may pause, reschedule or decline work when conditions appear unsafe, access is unavailable, required authorization is missing or the requested work is outside our service scope. Disclosed trip, dispatch or diagnostic charges may still apply.
5. Pricing and payment
You agree to pay charges authorized in an estimate, work order or other agreement. Payment timing, accepted methods, deposits, taxes, permits and other fees may be stated in the applicable service document. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due when invoiced or when service is completed.
Past-due balances may be subject to lawful collection costs, returned-payment charges or other amounts disclosed in the applicable agreement. Questions about cancellations, parts, deposits or refunds are addressed in our Refund Policy and job-specific documents.
6. Products, manufacturers and warranties
Product descriptions, images, colors, specifications, availability and lead times may change and may appear differently on screens. Substitutions require authorization where they materially affect the agreed product.
Products may carry warranties provided by their manufacturers. Manufacturer warranty decisions and remedies are controlled by the applicable manufacturer terms. Labor, travel, removal, reinstallation, shipping or other costs are not included in a manufacturer parts warranty unless stated in writing.
Any ATF Garage Doors workmanship commitment must be stated in the applicable written estimate, work order or invoice. Except for an express written warranty and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, services and website content are provided without additional express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowed by law.
7. Existing conditions and third-party work
We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, hidden conditions, structural or electrical issues, code violations, normal wear, abuse, impact, environmental damage, manufacturer defects, or unauthorized changes by others. Work or adjustments by another party after our service may affect performance and any applicable workmanship commitment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATF Garage Doors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost profits or loss of data, arising from the website or services. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid to ATF Garage Doors for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate property and other insurance.
9. Website content and intellectual property
The website design, logo, text, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to ATF Garage Doors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Limited personal viewing is permitted. No other license is granted.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse, and are not responsible for, third-party content, availability, security or practices.
10. Electronic communications
When you submit a form or email us, you consent to receive communications related to your request using the information provided. Electronic delivery carries security and delivery risks. You are responsible for keeping contact information current and checking messages.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or a written service agreement provides another process, a dispute relating to these Terms or the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Lake County, Florida.
Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to provide written notice of the concern and a reasonable opportunity to discuss resolution.
12. Changes, severability and waiver
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless stated otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
